This notice explains what happens to information on the Whizperz Tours & Safaris website. It should be reviewed against the business’s actual practices and Kenya’s Data Protection Act before launch.
Enquiries
The enquiry form and route sketcher do not send or store anything on this website. They open WhatsApp or your email app with your message written out, and you choose whether to send it. Once you send it, we use your details only to reply and plan your trip.
Saved routes
The route sketcher remembers your route in your own browser so it’s still there when you come back. It never leaves your device unless you send it to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Other services
This site uses Google Translate for translation, Google Fonts for typefaces and Unsplash for some photography. Those services may process technical data such as your IP address under their own privacy terms.
Payments
Payments are made through a private pay link. M-Pesa payments are processed by Safaricom, card and mobile money payments by Pesapal, Paystack (a Stripe company), iPOSpays (Dejavoo) or Unipesa, and crypto payments by NOWPayments, depending on the method you choose. We store your booking reference, the amount, the phone number an M-Pesa prompt was sent to, and the receipt or confirmation code, so we can match your payment to your booking. We never see or store your M-Pesa PIN or card details.
