Tsavo
Red earth, big distances. One of the largest wild areas in Kenya, with red-dusted elephants, lava flows and room for a proper road trip.
Tsavo is where you feel how big Kenya is. The park is split into East and West, with lava fields, springs and long empty tracks between them. You won’t see many other vehicles.
We often use Tsavo to link a southern safari with the coast, so the drive becomes part of the trip rather than time lost on the road.
